Chrome extension

Fill applications in one click.

The HiredEarly extension fills Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby application forms with the tailored resume and answers you approved. It attaches the resume PDF, fills your contact details and drafted answers, and outlines in orange the questions only you can answer, like work authorization and salary.

It only sends what you approve. Choose Approve and send for me in HiredEarly and the extension submits that application from Chrome, then marks it as applied. If a form needs something only you can do, like a CAPTCHA or a question you haven't answered, it stops and leaves the form open for you. Anything you approve without sending, you check and submit yourself.

Install

While the extension waits for Chrome Web Store review, you can install it directly. It takes a minute:

  1. Download the extension and unzip it.
  2. Open chrome://extensions in Chrome (or Edge, Brave, Arc).
  3. Turn on Developer mode (top right), press Load unpacked, and choose the unzipped folder.
  4. Open HiredEarly while signed in. The extension connects by itself.

How to use it

  1. In HiredEarly, press Prepare application on a role, review the tailored resume and answers, and press Approve.
  2. Open the company’s application form. A HiredEarly card appears in the corner: press Fill application.
  3. Answer the questions outlined in orange, check everything, and press Submit.

Privacy

The extension only runs on hiredearly.com and on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job pages. It reads the form you have open to fill it, and sends that form’s questions to HiredEarly so we can draft answers for questions we hadn’t seen. It doesn’t read other sites, your browsing history or anything else. See our privacy page.
