Terms of use.

These terms cover your use of hiredearly.com, the HiredEarly app, the morning email and the HiredEarly Chrome extension (together, "HiredEarly"). By using HiredEarly you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What HiredEarly does

HiredEarly shows roles published on companies' public job boards, and helps you apply: it tailors your resume to a role from the CV you give us, drafts answers to application questions, and can fill and, when you ask, submit a company's application form from your browser. You decide where to apply. Nothing is submitted to a company unless you approved that application: either you press Submit on the company's form, or you choose “Approve and send for me”.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep your sign-in links and devices to yourself; anyone with them can use your account. You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to work where you're applying.

Your content and what you're responsible for

• You own your CV and everything you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to run HiredEarly for you, as described in our privacy page.
• Only upload information that is true and that you have the right to share.
• Review everything before you submit. Tailored resumes, drafted answers and filled forms are written by AI (Anthropic's Claude) from your CV. We check them against your CV, but they can still contain mistakes. You are responsible for every application you submit and everything in it.
• Answers that only you can give, such as work authorization, legal declarations and policy acknowledgements, are yours to make.
• Sending for you. When you choose “Approve and send for me”, you confirm that the application and your answers are true, and you authorize us to submit it to that company on your behalf, including the acknowledgements its form asks for (such as its privacy notice). Our extension submits it from your own browser. It stops, and leaves the form for you, when the form needs something only you can do. We don't solve CAPTCHAs or create accounts for you.

Fair use

Don't use HiredEarly to submit false information, to apply in someone else's name, to send applications automatically without reviewing them, to scrape or overload our service or anyone else's, or to break the terms of the job boards and company sites you apply on. We may limit or close accounts that do.

Roles and companies

Roles come from public job boards run by other companies (such as Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters). We don't control them, can't promise a role is still open or accurately described, and aren't part of any hiring decision. We are not an employment agency and don't guarantee interviews or offers.

Free and paid use

The morning digest is free. Each person gets 5 tailored applications free. After that, a Sprint pass costs $19, paid once through Stripe: it allows 100 tailored applications over 30 days from the moment you buy it, and it never renews. A pass bought while another is active starts when that one ends. Applications you don't use expire with the pass.

If a pass doesn't help, email hello@hiredearly.com within 7 days of buying it for a full refund. A refunded pass ends straight away; applications already prepared stay yours. Prices may change for future passes, never for one you've bought.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time. "Delete my data" in the Applications tab removes your profile, standard answers, applications and email address. We may suspend or end HiredEarly, or your access to it, with notice where we reasonably can.

No warranty, limited liability

HiredEarly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of job applications, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or 50 US dollars, if more). Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
